Diana Castro, the Founder and President of H3Design, is responsible for the firm’s strategic focus and business administration. She oversees the firm’s growth and development. She defines the firm’s business objectives, considers internal and external impacts, develops and implements strategies, assigns specific staff accountable for each of the measures and monitors the progress as to achieve positive outcome.

Sandra is the Financial Officer at H3Design and offers over 12 years of experience to the company’s accounting and administration department. Sandra oversees all aspects of the finance department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources and payroll. Additionally she is responsible for the website management.
